Making music isn't something that's taken lightly. Whether it's recording a new album,  going on tour, or shooting a music video, artists want to strive for the highest standard of quality possible.

Steampunk musicians tend to be resourceful and creative with their tools and their talent. Nevertheless, to realize their vision, sometimes they just need a direct influx of funds to make their vision a reality.

Victor Sierra

Parisian world-industrial trio Victor Sierra are playing The Steampunk World's Fair for the second time. They're raising funds to get themselves across the Atlantic and over to New Jersey. Help them gas up their airship the Hydrogen Queen!

Eli August and the Abandoned Buildings

Eli August and his band the Abandoned Buildings are recording a new EP of dramatic songs about the living condition. They're an eleven piece group, which makes for a full sound, but some costly studio time. They're also seeking to film a new music video or two!

Frenchy and the Punk

Studio-bound to record the follow up to their excellent CD Hey Hey Cabaret, Frenchy and the Punk promise their new album "will be bursting with new tunes to fill your ears and heart with!" They've got some really cool perks that reflect their multiple talents and vibrant joie de vivre.

Nathaniel Johnstone

Johnstone's second album is a concept album based on the Antikythera Mechanism, a mysterious device of ancient Greek origin pulled from an ancient shipwreck over a century ago. Johnstone's a crazy good multi-instrumentalist, but he recognizes that additional session musicians and proper audio mastering are worth their weight in gold.

Unwoman

Unwoman writes songs of love, tragedy, and catharsis, brought to life with lush layers of cello, strong vocals, and sparse percussion. She has had eight successful Kickstarters, and knows how to deliver on her promises. She also clearly breaks down where the funds will be going.
