On the 31st of October 2010 The Magnificent Seven from Sweden released their debut album ”The Broken Hearted Show”.
The album includes eleven songs about broken hearts and evil accompanied by bittersweet string arrangements and haunting sing-a-long choruses.
On Valentine’s Day 2009 The Magnificent Seven went underground to start recording the album ”The Broken Hearted Show”.
Along with producer Christian Gabel, known from 1900, bob hund, Thåström och Ossler, they recorded eleven songs in Studio Cobra, Stockholm.
The result became an album consisting of eerie waltzes and spooky folk music with a touch of circus and cabaret. The album was then mastered by Martin Irigioyen from steampunk legends Vernian Process.
The band is also featured on the compilation CD ”A Sepiachord Passport”, released by Sepiachord and Projekt, and on wich The Magnificent Seven proudly share space with the legendary Tiger Lillies and bands like Walter Sickert & the Army of Broken Toys and Bat Country.
The Magnificent Seven has played a lot of live shows in Sweden and it is during their live performances the band really come alive and now they're ready to spread their dark and haunting sounds all over the world. So welcome to ”The Broken Hearted Show”
